Progesterone suppository's and spotting?

I am around 5 weeks. My HCG has been doubling perfectly but my progesterone is very very low. My doctor prescribed me the yellow pill form of progesterone 200mg, I take it vaginally at bedtime only everyday.. Did anyone else have to take this and does it help?? I had a MC last February so I'm worried I may go through yet another since my progesterone is super low...

I take my progesterone orally 100 mg twice a day due to four MC and had my rainbow baby two years ago. Currently pregnant again at 5+1 and hope it works like last time.

Hi there! I’m on 200 mg of progesterone (suppository) once a day after a MC in December. So far it seems to be working. I had my first ultrasound on Monday and the baby is measuring 6 weeks and 1 day with a heartbeat! No spotting or bleeding either (knock on wood). 😃 I believe they’re really working for me.

I’m on 200mg of oral progesterone, but taken vaginally bc of it being rough on my stomach (and risking vomiting it with my morning sickness. 
I have zero side effects from it when I take t at night.
