Could this be anything?

So this entire month, my breast has been hurting so badly. They grew a half cup size. They are heavier, my nipples are super sensitive, my circles are a little darker but overall they hurt. I can’t sleep comfortably, wear bras, I’m more comfortable with no bra. I don’t even know if i ovulated this month because I didn’t feel my pains I always have. My so and I have been baby dancing every other day just in case. I think I ovulated on the 16/17. I also have been cramping a lot the past two weeks. But could I be just thinking things ? Or is it anything ? Have you ladies experience this too?
