Ectopic or worried too much?

I am 4 weeks and 1 day today. This past Monday(3weeks 3days)my HCG was 29 and progesterone was 13, however I do use the cream due to having low progesterone. Thursday(3weeks 6days HCG was 121. When I touch my stomach right above my pelvic bone and sort of to the right it is sore feeling. Sometimes I can feel a lump and other times I can’t. It does feel sore similar to a dull ache and sometimes feels like it’s throbbing. No bleeding at this point, but the sore feeling worries me.
