Is it normal to be this tired?

I’m 6W 3D and I’m Nauseous and fatigued all day.  I had slight morning sickness with my first , but this is just plain horrible!  Is it normal?  I’m really starting to worry that this could be twins.   Anyone have any info to share?

Totally normal. I did nothing but eat, sleep, try to keep up with work, repeat.

It’s different for every woman, but that’s how I guessed I was having twins. I had morning sickness and exhaustion with my first two pregnancies. This one, I thought I was DYING and could barely make it through the day. It’s your body, you know if something is different.

I spent most of 6w-10w in bed. If I wasn’t self employed I’d have had to leave my job. The exhaustion was just ridiculous! Just in the last three days I’ve turned a bit of a corner. Totally normal!

First trimester I think is the worst. With my daughter I was exhausted and slept ALLLLLLLLLL the time.

In early stages it’s very common to be over tired and feeling sick that’s what my midwife said xx
