Anxiety
For the past few years I’ve suffered with really bad anxiety from time to time. Since I’ve been on maternity leave it’s got really bad and I’m literally always worrying. I think it’s because I’ve got more time to think than I do when I’m at work. I am trying to get the courage to go to the doctors but am worried that they’ll think I’m not fit to look after my children if I’ve got bad anxiety. That’s not the case at all I just feel like I don’t want to live my life feeling constantly worried. Has anyone got any experience of this and can tell me what would happen? I’m uk based by the way.
Thank you
