Blood pressure question

So my first pregnancy I was induced for high BP so I have a blood pressure cuff at my house that I use to check my BP twice a day, more if I’m having headaches. I am currently 36w4d pregnant and today I’ve been having headaches so I just checked it again and it was 139/74. I know they say 140/90 is considered dangerously high for a pregnant woman but my question is do both numbers have to be high? Or just one? The top number is so close to being considered high but the bottom number is fine, I’m unsure what to make of this. Advice please!!! ❤️
