Dog pees on me

Yes, you read that correctly. When I was pregnant with my first baby my dog was acting out and marking his territory. Today, with 2nd baby my dog legit got on my bed and decided to pee right next to me!!!! Has anyone else experience their pets acting out due to pregnancy?

Now, I’m currently waiting for our sheets and blanket to dry so we can go to bed.
