Period 3 days late...

So today I’m 3 days late, I’ve taken 3 pregnancy test and they are all bfn... I’ve been having to pee a lot, and every time I wipe I have brownish discharge... Its not enough for a panty liner or tampon, it’s only when I wipe. I’ve been having mild cramps, and been nauseous and dizzy, also tired. I was told by my doctor a few months ago that I have one blocked Fallopian tube, but I still have a chance of getting pregnant because my other tube is healthy. I’ve never been late, and I’ve never experienced this brown discharge... please help 😢
