Help!
For the past 4 months I've had cramps during ovulation. This month I haven't had any & it's the first month I started using preseed. Anyone experience this? I didn't use an opk since I felt cramps on my suspected day of ovulation, according to glow & 'my days'. Just worried I didn't ovulate?
