Severe stomach pain?

Question

I get the urgent need to go to the bathroom during the day, and I get the worst stomach pain I’ve ever had. It’s almost like if I don’t go right away, I’ll end up going in my pants 🙃 Don’t judge me lmao but this problem has been going on for quit some time now..
What could this be? I’m planning on calling my doctor tomorrow to schedule an appointment.

Could be a lot of things. Anything from IBS to dietary choices.

Hey I'd never judge you about that, I have gluten sensitivity and other stomach issuesthat have messed me up, and I dated someone who had ulcerative colitis.
People shit themselves, it's not a good time. 
Anyway, it definitely sounds like something is wrong, maybe a food allergy, maybe chones or UC? Maybe gut flora out of wack? 
I hope it's an easy solution for ya! Feeling sick all the time is never fun.
