Do your track your period as starting when you have very light brown in the beginning or don’t count it as starting until you get the red flow?
Before I had my son I would have a little brown and then start bleeding a red flow in the same day. Lately I have brown for about two days and I’ll only have spots on a pad mostly just appears when I pee and then comes the heavy flow 2 days later for about 5 days and then brown again for another 2 days at the end
