At first, I couldn’t make anything out. Then I read the comments that said it’s 1, 2, 3 and now - looking at it again, I can kind of see how that could be that. But I would’ve never came to that conclusion on my own. 
But if you’re teaching him how to write numbers and he did this, that’s very good.

I see 1, 3(started but scribbled out), 2, then 3 again. 😁 It's possible. A child my aunt use to take care of could count fingers 1-10 forward and backward. He had just turned 2 when I saw him do that. He also had fetal alcohol syndrome so everyone was amazed he could do it. He was a very smart boy already.
