No period??

Hello everyone!
I recently got off my birth control pill and now I don’t have a period...I’m 7 days late. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I know after being on the pill for so long, it might take a few months for my cycle to regulate. How can I still use this app to track my fertility?

This is normal and yes you can still track it will just take time for the app to make predictions. Try using OPKs to track ovulation to help predict a period which occurs roughly 12-16 days after ovulation

I’m going through same thing as you, stopped birth control about a month ago. 5 days late , no period yet, not pregnant. I have heard that too that it can take a little while for cycle to regulate after stopping birth control, even up to a couple
months, so hoping that it will start kicking in soon for both of us... plus stress and anxiety about it probably doesn’t help I’m sure! I am still using the app to track everything even though my cycle is out of whack and still logging info every day. Hoping that our cycles will get regulated again soon! 😊
