Cramps?

I have had these stomach aches for the past three days. I’ve been able to relieve them by taking TUMs and Pain Killers thinking that it could be cramps. Or an upset stomach. But tonight its unbearable. It’s traveled right up to my lower chest. I’ve had a hard time breathing and migraines. I can’t move much or lay on my back(or sides). What could this be, and what can I do to kill the pain? Help!
