I have a 26-day cycle, pretty stable, with only +/- 2 days fluctuations sometimes. But out of those 26, my period lasts 7, and I start pmsing 10 days before the start of the period. Does anyone else have such long pms cycles? Is this common?

And what’s worse, the past three months my boobs have been getting more and earlier sore before my periods. 12 days before my period and I already can barely touch them. Especially the nipples and the underboob area. Is that normal or should I be concerned?
