Recently off the pill
Hi there !
I’ve recently come off the pill and have been trying to track my cycle naturally. I’ve been bleeding this week and 2 weeks ago so my cycle is a bit all over the place and very hard to know when I’m ovulating now as I seem to bleed directly after.. is this normal ? I know your body will take a while to adjust but I’m wondering is it something I should get checked out..
