Help please.😞

My period has been irregular since I’ve stopped birth control in October (ttc #2) & currently I haven’t had a period at all for this month. I am late & have a lot of symptoms but my home pregnancy tests are negative.. has anyone else had this happen? It’s saying I should be around 5 weeks but I don’t know if I’m earlier than that or what. How far along were you when you got your first positive?
