FET prepping but sick?

Hi everyone. I have my 1st transfer scheduled for 4/18. Unexplained infertility. I recently got a cold however I am developing a cough. I tend to develop a really bad cough after every cold, and the cough lasts for weeks until I break down and get treated with an inhaler and steroids. Do you think this could impact or delay my fet?

Answer

I don’t think you are able to be on steroids come transfer time. You better check with you dr before wasting your time and money starting meds. The can usually be flexible and push it back a week if you need to. For instance, mine was originally scheduled for the 13th of this month and I had them push it to the 18th for personal preference. But it’s something that needs to be planned before meds are started.
