Abdomen pain

My boyfriend and I went on vacation and the first night we had sex and he came inside of me, about 5 minutes after I was in excruciating pain- thought i was going to vomit and or pass out. That was on the 20th- which was also my last day of ovulation. Since then I’ve had bad lower abdomen pain, as if I am cramping and on my period. I feel a lot of pressure and moderate to severe bloating. No painful urination no funky smell. Discomfort when I push on my stomach and it tends to make the pain a little worse. Just wondering if anyone has had this or could maybe tell me what is going on. I plan on going to the doctor when I get home but that won’t be for a few more days and I’m afraid to have sex again because of how bad the pain was.
