So confused. I'm 7 weeks pregnant, but baby is measuring 6 weeks. There was no heart beat yet during the ultrasound but I know that's normal so I'm not too worried about that. What I'm worried about is this vaginal bleeding & minor cramping. They said my cervix is closed & no bleeding around the placenta so that's also good. My hCG levels are exactly where they are suppose to be for 6 weeks. They said a "threatened miscarriage". Anyone have any positive stories who had a threatened miscarriage? I'm scared af. Then started thinking, was there twins and one didn't make it? Am I bleeding because of my ovary cyst? I go back on Wednesday to get my levels retested, so till then I'm going to be so paranoid. I've already had a miscarriage before so this isn't anything new, unfortunately.
