Month of spotting?

So on about the 24th of February, I started spotting... never enough for even a regular or light tampon. Just enough that I needed to wear a panty liner. I continued to spot until about the 20th of March, when I began bleeding heavily. Like... crime scene heavily. Since then, I have been on a heavy flow, filling Super and Ultra tampons. It is now the 25th of March and I am showing no signs of slowing down with my flow. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this? Sidenote worth mentioning : I've never been pregnant and there is no way that I could have been. I don't sleep with men.
