Early AF or Implantation?!

I am 10 dpo. Today I have had pinching cramps on one side and dull back pain, I had some reddish pink blood once earlier when wiping but nothing in the toilet. Then again I had brownish red blood once when wiping but nothing in the toilet. AF is due in 4-5 days. Is she early or could it be implantation?? For reference I have a bleeding disorder called von willebrands disease and have very heavy very blood red periods usually. I wear a tampon and pad to work (I'm a teacher) because I don't know if I will make it between my lunch and the end of the day some days. I am hoping it's not AF! That would be so disappointing! 😒
