Morning after pill

I lost my virginity Last night, and I was a complete idiot. Not only did we not use a comdom, but he Came all over me. I'm not on any birth control and I immediately purchased the morning after pill a couple of hours later. Should I still be conserned about the possibility of becoming pregnant? I haven't experienced any of the side effects listed on the box, and this morning I had clear mucousy vaginal discharge. Is that normal???
