Sore breasts? (Slight TMI)

When you are first noticing sore breasts as a symptom does it mean they are only sore to the touch or could it also be when they are just barely squeezed? Cause just within the last few weeks when my husband plays or lightly squeezes them I notice they are soar...thanks in advance for the input!
