initiating first kiss

i’m 15 and i still haven’t had my first kiss. it’s so embarrassing considering all my friends had theirs years ago.

BUT i finally have a boyfriend and i love him a lot and i need him to kiss me already. but i don’t wanna tell him like “hey you need to kiss me already” because that just feels weird. like i want it to happen naturally but ya girl has needs. how can i either get him to do it or initiate it myself?
