Really bad itching (37 weeks pregnant)

So for the past 4 days I have had really bad itching all over my body. I cannot stop scratching. It get worse at night. It so bad my skin gets really red from all the scratching. I don’t know if I should go to labor and deliver for this. I have been having contractions but not that bad. Oh and I currently don’t have an OB assigned to me since I switch insurance so it’s not like I can call my OB.

UPDATE!!! So I went to labor and deliver and they did nothing but monitor me. Even after I told them I was concern of what it could be they didn’t do blood work. So today I went to see an ob and he was upset that they didn’t do blood work since that was the reason I went in there. So he sent me to get blood work and results should be back within 2-3 days. He said if the results come back positive I’m getting induced ASAP. Thank you guys for your advice.
