Second round clomid

I started clomid last month cd 5-9 at 50mg I had a follicle scan cd 13 and I had one follicle at 13mm I ovulated cd 21 and ended up with a 34 day cycle and then got my period . This month I done clomid cd 5-9 at 50mg again I had my follicle scan today cd 14 My gynecologist said my lining is at 5 and apparently is ment to be at 8 and the only follicle she could really see was 11mm .... she reckons this round won’t work I’m aloud do one more round and it will be at 75mg after that she said iv to go and see an RE ... can anyone else give me any advice of what else I can do
