Last round of letrozole

I just started my last letrozole cycle, 7.5 mg. Last cycle was the only cycle I didn’t end up ovulating. AF started 3/23, the 4 cycles I did ovulate I ovulated around cd 13-14. We will be doing a trigger shot and an iui also. I have a sonohysterograph with the bubble test Friday to make sure my tube is clear, I got pregnant twice in a row December 2017 and the February 2018 first was a miscarriage and second was an ectopic which I ruptured and needed my right tube removed. I’m hoping this is finally our month. We have an appointment next month at the fertility clinic and I’m hoping to find out we’re pregnant around then so we don’t have to go through ivf. We had a rough time conceiving our daughter, it took 5 years. She turns 3 in June and we’ve been trying for number 2 since she was 6 months old. Hoping to find other ladies in similar situations and praying we all can get our babies!
