Protein and whole grains. I like a glass of milk and a spoonful of peanut butter. Or some cheese and triscuits. If I'm really hungry, a bowl of cheerios (and I definitely drink the milk haha). That usually keeps me full when I wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry.
Hunger problems.
It seems like I can't eat enough.
I had a snack right before bed around 10, woke up at 3 starving - had a snack, woke up again at 7:30 with hunger pains - had another snack.
I can't eat large meals because of my morning sickness, but I didn't sleep well because I've been eating all night.
Anyone have tips, or more filling (but still small portioned) snacks??
