High blood pressure

I’m 27 weeks pregnant. The other day I was having blurred vision and numbness on the right side of my face and arm. I have also been having bad headaches. Someone told me to check my blood pressure and it was 121/78. Is that normal? I know no one here is doctors just looking for advice...
