I had 5 doctors tell me its disgusting and there is no actual benefit from doing so. That after birth vitamins they prescribe give you more than wjat your body needs.

Never 🤢🙅🏻 you run a pretty high risk of infection by doing that and there are no proven health benefits to it either.
