Please help I'm 15 weeks n 6 days

I woke from sleeping at 1:33am n went to the bathroom to pee n when  I wiped there was some blood on the tissue, I didnt have any pain or cramps or anything, I'm so worried but I'm trying to stay possitive, I googled it and found a forum from women saying that they have been through this but that the baby was fine n pregnancy sites that said it wasn't nothing to worry about as long as there was no pain or cramps associated with it.
