So I’m 13 and I want to get a piercing on my nose ( a little stud) but my mom won’t let me get one 😕so what do you guys think the appropriate age is to get one ?

I wanted my nose pierced when I was 12 but my mom said “you can get one but I’m not paying for it” like obviously a 12 yr old can’t just walk up in a tattoo shop asking for a piercing😂 my sister was like 17 at the time and giving herself all these piercing so I asked her to do my nose and she did. 12 yrs old when I got my nose pierced!! My mom was angry that I found a loophole, but I still have it and love it now💖

Your mom decides, you’re still a child. I know it’s upsetting, so maybe ask her when she thinks it would be appropriate to get one.

16-17 depending on grades and behavior. If those are good, then 18 when you can get it on your own and pay for it.

I also wanted one at 13 but my parents made me wait until 16 (which is when most shops will allow it)  to make sure that I really wanted it done.  I'm pretty sure you have to be 16 with parental consent at most places to get it done anyhow.

Either 18 when you can get it without parental consent or whenever she says you’re old enough. I do think 13 it too young personally. I would say 16/17 but that’s my opinion

I initially got mine pierced at 14, with parental consent. If you don’t have parental consent at a young age, then unfortunately you’ll have to wait until you’re 18

My cousin got hers done at like 13 a month or two ago by my older cousin(who is 16) and I just got mine done today(I'm 15) by my older cousin. But it does all depend on parental approval
