Is this baby acne or something else
He has these little bumps on his tummy, upper back, and upper arms. It’s not severe but you can def see them. They feel alittle rough. Baby had dry skin and had bad baby acne in his face too and I thought it was just baby acne that spread down but someone told me it may not be it. Thoughts?
