Aches and pains

I just started getting like for the past week s stretching and stinging feeling near my belly button and back pain n what I think is gas pain also headaches so I thought preeclampsia but I was at my Drs 3 days ago and he checked my urine n blood pressure n it was fine im 25 weeks 2 days n not sure what this feeling is. The stomach thing I wonder if it's just stretching pain?
