Sudden fainting/severe nausea, 5 weeks 3 days/ first baby

Has anyone ever suddenly fainted with severe nausea? I am 5 weeks and 3 days (according) to this app. My first appointment is on the 24th. Yesterday we were attending a wedding when I suddenly got very flushed, lost all vision, became very nauseous and lost almost all of strength. Luckily my husband and MIL were close by. This all occurred suddenly while we were standing in line to join the reception. Anyone ever experience this or have any suggestions on whether I should be concerned?
