My period has ended today and I’m hoping to conceive this cycle ❤️ just looking for any advice

Start with OPKs, you don’t have to do them forever, but do them for 2-3 cycleS to get your ovulation day pattern, if you are timing for fertile week. The other method is to just BD every other day your whole cycle and not worry about tracking. However, the OPKs are useful to see if your body is really producing the LH hormone that allows ovulation. If you get a couple months of no positive OPKs, your doctor will see you sooner. They can give you meds to force ovulation if you don’t ovulate. 
Start taking prenatals. They don’t help fertility but will help when you get pregnant. Exercise, eat right, drink lots of water. Avoid alcohol, in moderation is ok, but less is better. 
Your hubby should take a multi vitamin. Also, he should go no longer than 3 days without ejaculating, otherwise his sperm will not be healthy enough to fertilize the egg. He should also exercise and moderate his alcohol consumption. 
Do not give up and do not be upset if it doesn’t happen right away. It’s totally normal to take up to a year to conceive. You have a max chance of 30-35% each month to get pregnant.
