What do you think?

I've haven't been feeling the same latley. My breasts have been hurting really bad and growing so they don't even fit in my bra anymore. The are also very sensitive. I've been feeling yucky but I havnt thrown up at all but my stomach feels weird. I took two tests and they both looked like a negative but someone said they saw a very faint second line. ❓❓❓
