Trying to conceive

My husband and I have been Ttc for 5months so far. We both have daughters from previous relationships. The doctor told me I had PCOS but besides being a little overweight and having difficulty loosing weight I have no other symptoms such as acne excessive facial hair or ovarian cysts. She started me on metformin. The past 2 months I've done opks and had more than one positive and prior to that I've noticed some increase egg white vaginal discharge. I really do think I'm ovulating. Anyone else have similar experience?
