Is it pointless to go!?

So I just found out last Saturday that I’m pregnant. I took 7 tests all very faint lines one digital saying positive! On Monday I started having light spotting. It was very little pink spotting, the next day the color turned brown. Well today I go too the bathroom and it’s bright red. Still spotting, not like a period but a little was on my underwear. I had a miscarriage in December so I’m kind of thinking this is what’s happening. Also my period was supposed to start Monday but I test a couple days early.

Ultimately my question is if I should even go to the ER? I’d only be 4 weeks and 3 days so they wouldn’t be able to detect a heart beat. And they don’t do anything for miscarriages besides have you wait it out.
