Ladies that exercise regularly
How is it going? I've continued to run and take barre classes but I'm so afraid I'm going to do something wrong (though I guess I know better). My doctor has said that anything I did before getting pregnant is fine to continue but I experience cramping when I'm running and doing crunches. I'm 10 weeks so should still be able to do crunches - anyone else in the same boat?
