Question for miscarriage sufferers...

I had a miscarriage end of March/beginning of April and decided to just let it be a natural miscarriage. Now my AF contains blood clots, which it never did, and always seems to be heavier than it was before the miscarriage. I feel like if I had gotten a D&C it wouldn't be that way, but what do I know! Anyways, has anyone experienced anything like this following their miscarriage?
