Pregnancy after miscarriages

Me n my husband are trying for baby number two! i recently had lost two babies one in march n one in the end of june i wanted to wait a couple of months to try again but yesterday i took a pregnacy test and came out positive. But I have a blood type that is rh negative witch i need to get a shot everytime i become pregnant, with my frist miscarriage i had the shot the second one my doctor never gave me because he had to do blood work. I was wounding if there was anyone that this has happened to or should be worried or should i be happy......
