How do you deal?

How do you deal with seeing people (family friends, friends, people you know, strangers) announcing their pregnancies?

I am TTC #1 and it’s honestly hitting me so incredibly hard every time I see another fricken announcement. Don’t get me wrong, I’m so so happy for them. I just can’t help but internally be sad that it’s not me. And I get into a funk.

This past week I’ve been 3 announcements, I only personally knew one. But also two friends are pregnant. I can’t help but think, why isn’t is me? What am I doing wrong?
