Pregnant with Mirena?

Hi all, I'm new here so hello!!  I have had Mirena since February 2014, and just in the last week or so I've started having pregnancy symptoms (anxiety, insomnia, mild lower abdominal cramping, sleeping 10+ hours, always hot, really odd dreams every night, just general feeling pregnant, fast hear rate).  I've been on my first vacation from a very intense new job in a year, so I think I've just finally had the breathing room to notice the signs.  My question is, I know it's possible to get pregnant on Mirena but not likely; does anyone have experience with getting pregnant on Morena?  My husband and I have been talking about getting it removed in the next 2-3 months, but because of this I'm going to go to an OB and get checked out, and have it removed while I'm there whether I'm pregnant or not.
My main concern is that I'm on some
Anti anxiety meds as well as adderall for adhd, and I'm worried this may have already harmed the baby if I am pregnant.  Does anyone have any experience with this?

My friend got pregnant with it, had it removed and had a healthy pregnancy.

I personally had Mirena for 3.5 years before it migrated and I ended up pregnant which resulted in a miscarriage, that's was NOV2013.. We have been trying to get pregnant again since that time almost 2 years with no luck..(they say it can not be proven that the mirena is not the cause of my infertility, but what else would cause a healthy women in her 20's to not be able to conceive?)  I had an ABSOLUTE horrible experience with the mirena from day one,  with bleeding every single month, excessive weight gain, depressed and crazy mood swings, which all magically stopped suddenly after it was removed. Everyone's body handles it differently but for me, it was no good.

I had mirena for a month and had it removed  because  it migrated.  I have  a tilted  uterus.  Anyway,  from my research,   pregnancy  with  mirena  is uncommon but if you  do get pregnant  it can be life  threatening  and is probably  an ectopic  pregnancy unfortunately.
