Baby shower

Is anybody else having a late baby shower? I'm suppose to have mine at 37 weeks. I'm worried that I will go into labor early! Originally I was going to wait until after the baby shower to buy things, but since it's late what type of things should I buy myself? I'm currently 30 weeks and only have the crib, mattress and a swing. Nothing else.
