Unreasonable jealousy

I've never been jealous in relationships until I met my husband but ever since weve been together I get jealous over stupid stuff and my jealousy comes off as me not trusting him which just upsets him . Idk what I should do anytime I say something about it we fight because I should trust him more but I can't always keep it to myself. Do you ladies have trouble with jealousy
