Panic feeling inside

I am pregnant with twin girls and this past week I feel like I have an underlying panic feeling inside. I am not worried about anything but I feel like at any moment I can freak out and have a panic attack. Never felt like this before and really hoping it does last the rest of my pregnancy. Anyone even slightly understand what I am feeing.
