Afraid of miscarriage

This is my first time being pregnant I did three IVF Transfers to help me conceive. Yesterday I had a slight brown discharge and I’m now deathly afraid that I’m going to miscarry. I called my RE and they said it doesn’t sound concerning but if it turns to red or pink blood to give them a call again. I’m currently taking progesterone suppositories she mentioned that can sometime cause irritation. The brown discharge is like tiny specks only when I wipe and it’s really very little but still nervous. Any feedback? I’m currently 5 weeks 3 days
