Omg. Not one, but two...

Went to the hospital this morning because I’m five weeks along and had some spotting last night and this morning along with some cramping. Doctor comes in to tell me that all my labs came back normal, but they did see TWO sacs instead of one in my ultrasounds. We’re having TWINS! I can’t believe it. Still so shook. Baby A is measuring 5 weeks 4 days and Baby B is measuring 5 weeks 2 days. Anyone with twins tell me what I should expect different from a singleton pregnancy? I’m still in shock!
